Or why not explore the area directly surrounding the hostel? Right around the corner, you?ll find numerous bars, restaurants and cafés in Berlin?s well-known Bergmann ?kiez,? or neighborhood. Or head out with the Free Walking Tour team, who will be happy to show you all around the city and share their wealth of information and advice. They?ll even pick you up directly from our hostel.

The closest U-Bahn stations are U7 Möckernbrücke and U1/U6 Hallesches Tor (both ca. 2 minutes on foot).
From the Hauptbahnhof (Main Train Station)
- Take bus M41 towards Sonnenallee/Baumschulenstrasse (16 minute ride).
- Get off at the stop Willy-Brandt-Haus and walk in the same direction as the bus was going. Take a right at the next intersection.
- Follow the street for 50m and you will find our ho(s)tel.
- Our Tempelhofer Ufer hostel is directly on the other side of the street.
- A taxi ride will cost ca. ? 7.00
From the Airports
- From Tegel Airport (TXL), take bus X9 or 109 toward Zoologischer Garten.
- Get off at the stop Jakob-Kaiser-Platz.
- Take the U-Bahn line U7 toward Rudow and get off at the stop Möckernbrücke. (17 minute journey)
- Leave the U-Bahn station via the exit Hallesches Ufer/Tempelhofer Ufer, take a right and cross the street Am Haelleschen Ufer.
- Follow the street, walking in the opposite direction as traffic to the next intersection and cross Grossbeerenstrasse.
- After ca. 100m you will see our hostel?s entrance
- A taxi ride costs ca. ? 25.00.
- From Schönefeld Airport (SXF), take bus X7 or 171 toward Hermannplatz and get off at the stop Rudow.
- Take U-Bahn line U7 toward Rathaus Spandau and get off at the stop Möckernbrücke. (24 minute journey)
