Fee for 1-4 persons with 4 suitcases: from 50 Euros (for a car).
Fee for 5-8 persons with suitcases (one with one person): from 10 Euros (per person)

The stated price is minimum tariff; the fee varies depending, on flight arrival time and airport (Fiumicino / Ciampino)

It must be requested least 3 days prior to arrival as we need to check availability.

Reservation/cancellation policy:
Payment is due upon arrival. If a reservation is canceled with less than 48 hours notice (unless advised otherwise) prior to the arrival date, the amount charged will be equivalent to the total amount of the first night's reservation. Cancellations or alterations are accepted only via email or fax. Phone cancellations/alterations are not accepted.

Please note:
* Heating is on energy-saving timers.
** In storage room. Provide your own locks or purchase one from the vending machines.
*** We are unable to send fax or letters for visa document applications to embassies and/or consulates.

--- GROUP RESERVATION POLICY ---
If your reservation is for more than 9 people, please note that the booking procedure is different from normal independent bookings!

In order to place a group reservation, it is required to send us a deposit equivalent to the amount of the first night by bank transfer. Your reservation will be secured as soon as the payment reaches our bank account. On the arrival of bank transfer, we will e-mail you the final confirmation.
The rest of payment is to be made by bank transfer 2-3 weeks prior to groups arrival.
OR if you prefer to make the payment with a credit card, please let us know after you receive a proposal.

Notes for group reservations
1) Please fax us our receipt of the money transfer!
Attention: The name of the group leader and the reservation date must be shown in capital block letters. We do not accept any responsibility for missing date/name on the receipt payment (e.g.: money transfer under unknown name).
2) The deposit must arrive in our bank account before your arrival and it is not refundable for whatever reason.
3) In the past we have experienced some problems with underage drinking and also indecent behavior of guests in groups, therefore the hostel reserves the right to determine the departure date during the reserved period.
4) All damages to the facilities caused by a member/s of the group must be paid for in full.
5) WE DO NOT FAX OR SEND LETTERS for Visa document applications to Italian embassies/ consulates.
