Form Gare du Nord, take line 5 Direction ?Place distally?.
Get down in the metro station Republique.

When you get to the Republique Square, walk behind the monument through ?Faubourg du Temple? (look for a big shop named Habitat, this is the street).

After two blocks, you will see a McDonald. On the right corner, across the street, there is a Hotel. This is us.
