Thirty years after its inauguration, and through its consolidation as one of the most well-known hotels in Barcelona, the Nez Urgell Hotel is about to initiate a new project, the conversion of the innovative U232 Hotel, a hotel of renewed design that incorporates the style of the 21st century.This first Nez i Navarro Hotel, which opened in the 70s, is reborn today with an exclusive and quite opportune change in image. Its new name, an abbreviation for its location (Urgell, 232), lends it more personality without abstracting its origins. The redesign of the logotype, which combines classic shapes with modern and stylized lines, reflects the fusion of both eras that has so marked the hotel.The interiors of U232 Hotel, featuring soft tones and colonial brushwork, create an elegant atmosphere that is at once adapted to modern times and rich in the essence and philosophy of Nez i Navarro Hotels.

BY CAR: From AP2 AP7 (MadridZaragoza ValenciaTarragona) Follow the signs for CENTRO CIUDAD (city center) When you reach the first plaza (Plaza Francesc Macia), take the first right onto Calle Urgell; continue straight 100 meters, and youll see the hotel. From C33 AP7 (GironaFrance) Follow the signs for CENTRO CIUDAD (city center) Continue onto Avenida Meridiana; then take Calle Aragn, until you reach Calle Roma. Then take the first right onto Calle Urgell and continue straight 200 meters. From the airport: Follow the signs for CENTRO CIUDAD (city center) The airport highway turns into the Gran Via once you reach the city. Simply continue straight, passing through the tunnel that crosses Plaza de Espaa, until you reach Calle Urgell. Then make a left and continue 500 meters. ON PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: AIRPORT BUS: The Aerobus departs terminals every 15 minutes. Its quick and comfortable and has plenty of room for baggage. The trip to the hotel is about 20 minutes. The cost is 3.50 per person. Get off at the Avenida Roma stop. Youll be at the corner of Calle Urgell, 400 meters from the hotel. TAXI: You can hail a taxi at the airport terminals. The cost is roughly 20 to 30. The trip should take about 15 20 minutes. TRAINSUBWAY: The train from the airport departs every 10 minutes, and takes 35 minutes. Get off at Sants Station, and take Line 5 of the metro (the blue line). Get off at the Hospital Clinic stop. The hotel is 60 meters away.
