The Reception is open from 9.00 am to 8.00 pm during the weekdays, from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm and from 3.00 pm to 8.00 pm during the holidays. However, we give Our Guests all the keys they need to be completely independent.If you wish to come to Florence by car, we have established a special agreement with a garage who applies special rates for our Guests. They come at the Residenza and pick up your car and they bring it back every time you need it without extra fees.
